Elyse Coleman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer launched Life/Time Services in 2004 as a premier resource for busy, time-challenged people to simplify their lives by using personal assistance, concierge and organization services.

Ever since then, residents throughout the Mercer County, New Jersey, and Bucks County, Pennsylvania, have benefited from improved time management. Today Elyse brings these skills to clients in her new home in Lincoln, Delaware.  Elyse’s extensive work experience, including time spent with a similar personal assistance firm, and her natural bent for organization are significant factors in the high level of customer satisfaction that the company enjoys.

Background Information

Elyse holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University/NTL Institute for Applied Behavior Science. The principles and dynamics of human behavior, motivation and interaction she learned in that degree program influences how the company operates and significantly contributes to the success of Life/Time Services.

Elyse’s 15 years at Trans World Airlines is also significant for current clients. While at TWA, she was part of an elite team of training specialist responsible for creating and implementing Vision 2000, a program that enabled the airline to significantly improve its customer service and satisfaction.Those same principles translate directly into methods and procedures that help make Life/Time Services such a valuable resource for clients.

A highlight of her TWA career was the Award of Excellence she received in 1994 for her role in safely evacuating all 134 passengers on board the aircraft during a disastrous runway crash at Lambert-St. Louis Airport.

As a Program Director at Rutgers University Center for Management Development, Elyse worked with senior and executive level leaders to develop essential skills necessary to lead and renew their organizations. Her work there helped leaders to achieve positive, measurable, and sustainable change.

Elyse maintains membership in the International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association and networks with other concierge and lifestyle management professionals throughout the U S. Her office is located just outside Milford, DE where she and her husband, Paul Dolbec, reside.
